Jacqueline Crymble claimed masked men broke into the family home looking for money before attacking and kidnapping her husband, Paul Crymble. In fact, it was a lie. Mum of two Crymble had been having an affair with Roger Ferguson and they suffocated Paul Crymble to death.
Paul Crymble was found with a plastic bag round his neck, and his feet and hands bound on 20th June 2004. Crymble and Ferguson then watched as he struggled to breathe and waited for him to die. The judge said Crymble, who had denied murder, was like an ‘executioner’ who had acted ‘without mercy.’ He added the murder was both ‘shocking and malicious’.
